What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, money orders, and cash. Currently, we do not accept Bitcoin or other digital currencies.
Where are you located?
We are based in northern California in the heart of the our region’s historic cannabis mecca, The Emerald Triangle. We ship all our products from our California offices.
How long does payment processing take?
Credit card transactions usually clear within 24 hours. Seeds ship afterwards. Checks or money orders take longer to clear before shipping.
Do you store my credit card information?
No — for your security, we do not store any payment details. Each order requires fresh payment info.
How discreet is the packaging?
All orders are shipped discreetly. Seeds arrive in original breeder packaging inside sealed, unmarked boxes with no indication of contents.
How long does shipping take?
For U.S. orders: 2–3 business days to ship via USPS Priority Mail after processing (avg. 3 days). International shipping is available with tracking.
Can I require a signature for delivery?
Yes, you may request “Signature Required” or “Certified Mail” so your package isn’t left unattended.
How do I pay by check, money order, or cash?
Place your order on our website and select that payment option. Then send payment with your order number to complete processing.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — email [email protected] with your order number and the changes you’d like to make.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes, an account is required for online orders. The only exception is if you use the Printable Order Form and mail your payment.
